March 4th, 2009 Posted in GeneralWell, it still seems like winter. But to the uninitiated, let me explain how I know it is practically spring. In winter, it’s cold at night, and cold during the day. It’s also not day too much. In the spring however, it’s cold at night (-20 to -30) but it’s warm during the day (-5 to -12) and the day is getting longer. Already we have more daylight hours than down south. The one thing I find strange and exciting about down south is that it can be both warm and dark at the same time. In the north, if it’s dark, it’s cold.
